I never leave reviews but I’ve just been into this subway and the staff are extremely rude, no customer service skills what so ever and they all came across very rude and disrespectful, the screen where you order on wasn’t working for me and I told the young woman it wasn’t working can I just order over the counter and she replied ‘no you have to do it on the screen’ after I’ve already told her it wasn’t working for me. I left hungry and and annoyed 😡
Absolutely horrendous! Horrible customer service. Laughed when my card didnt go through, spoke to me like i was trash on the floor. Workers are all useless. Dont know how to communicate at all, i mean common its a basic human concept. Absolutely joke dont recommend rather get a meal deal from tesco.
Good food but service was non existent there was only buggy screens and the environment sometimes was plain and awkward but the food was real good
I went into the shop around 4 pm on a weekday and it was completely empty — not even any staff behind the counter. I honestly could have served myself! When the staff eventually came out of the break room (still on their phones as they walked out), they were very young and seemed to lack any customer service skills whatsoever. They were rude, scowled at me, and didn’t communicate at all when I asked how long my order would take. Despite being the only customer in the shop, I waited over 25 minutes for a 6-inch teriyaki. Really disappointed.
All 5 star went there on Friday last week and going again in a few minutes cant wait very good service very good food it is so nice and you need to thank them staff who make the food because they try there best.
