Keighley Bradford Road Argos (Inside Sainsbury's)

Arrived to return an item . Waited half an hour and there was only 2 people in front of me. There were actually 2 staff but they kept disappearing. One would go and you wouldn't see her again . Then the one that was serving disappeared . Their customer service is appalling . They only speak to ask for your order number . Miserable looking staff . Go get a job that's not customer facing because you have no personal skills whatsoever. Unhelpful. Told me I couldn't return item but when checked on line it says I can . Completely wasted a whole hour of my afternoon. There was around 30 people in the que by the time I left . There were 4 when I arrived . That's how awful they are . They move at a glacial pace and do not care that people are stood waiting forever. Argos you need proper sales assistants that smile and talk to customers. I didn't even want to give one star .

Hardly any staff working, had to stand in line for 30 plus minutes. Wouldn't have bothered if I hadn't already paid

shocking 4 tills 1 staff member on, que was all the way down the supermarket very slow staff ended up going to another argos store will order off amazon next time!!

Where are the staff? 2 days before xmas and one person serving!

Take forever to do anything. Been in a 20 minute queue this evening.
