The building is host to worship groups, event hires, a community cafe, plus an essential food bank for struggling families and individuals. The cafe area is relaxing, an open space with many tables, plenty of seating; these are often used for group activities too and meals beside its nearby kitchen. The larger sports hall upstairs has many chairs along the walls, is somewhat empty but nonetheless has appeal. I'd say it's definitely suitable for those who desire indoor spaces for car boot sales. Meanwhile, there's a worship hall with cushioned pew seating, tapestries with local history and valuable heritage, adornments of faith. Yes, the building may be in need of a refurbishment as you'd expect, but regardless is full of warmth and charm.
I have just rang the church for the 1st to ask for a little help, due to my health issues I'm immobile so hopefully they will call me back, I will keep you posted......D Senior.
Really friendly and helpful people. Great place to go for Food bank on a Tuesday and Saturday.
Do great taekwondo lessons in the hall on a Saturday morning for children
