Horrible staff, ignorant, make out they are helping when they dont even listen. Speak when I was speaking and when told about this, they both walked away. Staff are not helpful nowadays across the board. They try to do as little as possible whilst pretending they are trying to help. The staff here are a perfect example of what customer service and help are nowadays, Im not sure exactly why or how these people get employed. I showed them the form I wanted printing off and they were asking personal and irrelevant questions like what is the form for, who is it for etc when it has absolutely nothing to do with them and when you explain this, they get upset and just walk off! Customer service at its finest (sarcasm)
Was attended to by Stuart he was extremely helpful and efficient, could not have asked for better service.
Going here to register the birth of my daughter to be told your ten minutes late go home rebook is definitely not right
Total waist of space and time no help whatsoever, wish I had never gone there,I just got frustrated, it's OK if you want to jump through hoops,,rubbish
When in here for looking course, the customer service attitude was rude, and make me really not happy
