The Kidsplay (Formerly Kidzplay Leeds)

Had a really fun day with my almost 2 year old! Clean, plenty of equipment and lovely staff. Will definitely be back again.

We are regular customers at Little Bees Kidzplay Soft Play, but this visit left us very dissatisfied. My booking was from 11:30 and my friends 11:45. We were a group of 3 adults and 7 children (2 babies), we’ve booked 3 tables but used only 2. At 13:10 a staff member told us our time was nearly finished, which was fine. However, at 13:20 she came back again saying our time had already finished, which was incorrect and made us feel like we were being pushed out. We had paid for 3 tables and only used 2, and we also spent money on food and drinks. Being approached repeatedly like this while managing several children was stressful and completely unnecessary. This is not the level of customer service we expect, especially as regular customers. Because of how this was handled, we will not be returning.

Nice place especially with membership. They does kids discos which makes a lot of fun for kids. They have baby change and a huge soft play area. The second area for under’s 2 it’s a lot to do as well for kids. It has some visible tears in a soft play but it’s still safe. It has free car park on site but you can park on the street as it’s always has space.

A really good time and kids loved it but we got told to leave after a while of being there as our ‘session’ had ended? Was confused as it states nowhere on your website or comms that you have session times and that you’re not allowed to stay all day? We were there a good amount of time so fair enough but at least make it known on your website that you will be kicking people out after a certain amount of time, felt like staff just saw us and thought you’ve been here too long cya. Also walked past a member of staff after we got told to leave who made a snide remark ‘it’s always 2 hours’ she didn’t say it directly to me but said it loud enough for me to hear as I walked past which is very immature and rude.

I visited this soft play a while back and honestly found it quite dark and unwelcoming but wow, what a transformation! Went again today after the refurb and it’s like a completely different place. So bright, fresh and inviting! The new owner has done an amazing job turning it around. We’ll definitely be back soon!
