Shite pub owner nice but too loud

Visited on a cold weekday evening. Not overly busy but nice atmosphere. Young lady behind bar helpful, happy and having a laugh with people. Burner in middle of bar heated very well and sport on television. Great beers at very reasonable prices.
Went to a wedding reception. Was a nice pub and i would have rated it higher but at closing time our taxi had not arrived and they kicked us out and locked the doors. We were stood outside at 11:30 for another 30 mins. Could have let us wait inside.
