I stumbled upon Dreams Desserts for the first time and was genuinely impressed. Though the shop wasn’t officially open yet, the lovely lady behind the counter greeted me with warmth and served up an iced hazelnut latte—with a smile that made the experience even sweeter. That kind of customer service is rare and deserves recognition. The space itself is cozy, inviting, and has that comforting charm you want from a dessert spot. It’s the kind of place that feels like a warm hug on a chilly day. I’m honestly surprised by some of the negative reviews floating around—my experience was nothing short of delightful. Their slogan, “Leave Caution Outside,” couldn’t be more fitting. If you’re craving a treat or just want to escape into a little pocket of indulgence, this place absolutely deserves a visit. Highly recommend for anyone with a sweet tooth and a love for good vibes.

Waste of money, inedible food! Ruined my son’s birthday treat! Ordered churros they were overcooked and hard. Ordered the Matilda cake it was so stale you could choke on it, it was powdery and lacked any flavour at all. This is really upsetting as I’ve spent £30 and it got delivered after they had closed so I couldn’t ring about it, just eat have not replied, I hope this can be resolved.

Best milkshakes in crossgates hands down. These guys are the best and i always come back for more and theyre open till late. Come here people!!

I've ordered from here twice, the first time I got donuts they came and were stale and almost inedible. The second time was yesterday as I thought the first time was just a 1 off. I ordered apple crumble and a jam roly poly, they were both frozen with ice chunks in them it was horrendous. I called them and explained and they basically called me a liar and told me to read reviews before ordering or don't complain. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here, it's a complete waste of money 😡
