We recently took our Miele dish washer to Bells for repair. The service we received was exceptional. They had the appliance for two days and considering it was just over twenty years old they tried their very best to find a cause and repair it. Keeping us informed regularly of the progress. They stripped it down to finally diagnose a problem that just could not be repaired. There was no charge for the time and work they put into this. This business was highly recommended to us many years ago and we have in the past bought spare parts for various appliances and always found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful. For any family with kids, having your washing machine break down could be an absolute nightmare. Thanks to Bells Domestics it was barely even a hassle. I called into their store at lunch time, found a nearly new machine that looked barely used and was a better brand than we would have bought new. They delivered it not much than an hour later, took our old machine away and offered a six month guarantee, fingers crossed we won't need it, but it's good to have. It really was an efficient and faultless service.

Arranged a call out for my broken washer/dryer. Engineer named Steven came promptly, diagnosed the fault and was able to return later the same day with new parts to fit and fix the issue. All seems to be working smoothly now. Good service, efficient, easy going and a good price.

Bells Electrical are fantastic, I cannot recommend them enough. I’ve used them a few times. I bought a dryer over a year ago and I called them out with an issue. Steven, took it back and returned it with no charge (as a fault when it was sold, we didn’t realise and it was out of warranty). They could have charged but didn’t. I’m so grateful and went above and beyond. They are honest, reliable and I 110% recommend them. Thanks Steven and Bells you are just wonderful!

First review for the company that I've been using for over 25 years. They've repaired or replaced several white goods for me over this time. They know their stuff. Always solid, friendly, honest advice. Their pricing policy would compete with anyone. Living in Leeds I can honestly say you'd be hard pushed to find anyone in the city with their consistency of great service.
