Every time I go into this store I am waiting in a long queue for at least 20mins at a time because there is Only 1 person at the counter! I understand Lloyds has closed but you should know as a company if you are letting their customers bank with you, you know your gunna have double the amount of customers so why is there only 2/3 staff in the store at a time?? A little acknowledgment when you eventually get to the till to say sorry for your wait would be nice but nothing. Ridiculous customer service!!

I joined a queue today and was stood over 25 minutes. A lady who was going up and down the queue asked why I was there! When I told her she said Ow yes you need the counter. When I eventually got to the one counter that was open I was told I can only deposit cash to him then join the other big queue to transfer cash! The other queue I thought was like a reception desk! Not productive at all

Called in on a Tuesday afternoon to sort out an issue with an old passbook. Was surprised at their quite short (old-fashioned) opening times; need to return as -- according to the call centre -- it appears they haven't done what they were supposed to do although they were friendly. Planned to go in again today but they are closed on Wednesdays.

The staff in this branch are the rudest bunch of people I have come across, I may as well have asked for advice from a breadstick, my daughter has been a victim of fraud and the lady offered no advice, shrugged her shoulders at me and sat there with a contrite look on her face, when I explained I was concerned about the ramifications on her future, her answer was mmmmmm, I think the little Britain sketch "computer said no" is modelled on their staff. Let's hope when they're in the dole queue they meet someone with the same amount of empathy.
