This branch needs to stay open!! One person in particular is Michelle, she was a god send! Helped me open an ISA then kindly got me on the app, she was very patient with me and offered her amazing skills and expertise. Her young personality yet eager experience shines through the whole bank, if i was the manager i'd give her a raise and a promotion!

I just want to thank Michelle for giving me 109% service last week to sort out my blocked account dud to fraudulent phone call and my app keep going in and out on this phone call. Did you do anything else to prevent this happening again although good job Michelle

My mum made an appointment at this branch for us both today. Mum lives in Leeds and I live in wakefield. As soon as I walked into this branch we were met by Michelle whome mum had been helped by on previous occasions, what a friendly lady. We were then helped with mums enquiries via an appointment with Harry also very friendly and most helpful and knowledgeable. Left this branch feeling confident. As I'm already a customer in wakefield , I recommend this bank.

Had to visit as the city center branch had mucked up a money transfer to my mortgage building society, Michelle at the crossgates branch sorted it out and was very friendly, helpful and professional. A big thank you to her.
