I had such a great experience here and really want to give recognition to the barber. I came in with my 15-month-old son and they were incredibly patient and understanding. They even offered their own phone with cartoons to help settle him, which made the whole experience much easier for me. What stood out most was how respectful and considerate everyone was. As the only woman in the shop, I felt completely comfortable and at ease the entire time - which really matters and isn’t always the case in these spaces. They also offered me water, and my little one was treated to two lollies, which absolutely made his day. I left feeling not just happy with the service, but really valued as a customer. I’d highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back
"I’ve been going to Cutzbyshibzz for a few months now, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The barbers here are true professionals they really take the time to listen to what you want and make sure you leave looking great. The shop has a clean, welcoming vibe, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. First time coming to this shop must say wonderful atmosphere and amazing people to speak with all around definitely worth the 5 stars rassam took his time with my hair didn’t rush it I explained to him the last barber who cut my hair in a different shop messed my hair up Shibz said to me “don’t worry we will fix that” and to my suprise they did an amazing job took their time and give me probably one of my best trims to this day
Amazing customer service and some good barbers just tried this new shop recently and am sticking to this! would highly recommend to new people as the staff are easy going and friendly
