I had a lip wax & eyelash extensions by Annie. The whole experience was great. Annie was friendly & welcoming. She was extremely gentle with the treatments & gave me lots of aftercare advice. I love the results. I’ve had lots of compliments on my eyelashes & they are lasting well. I would recommend!

I had a wonderful luxury facial from Annie. The whole experience was very relaxing and nurturing. Annie applied many different treatments to my skin and I left looking and feeling rejuvenated. My skin was glowing and I looked healthy and my skin looked firmer and less wrinkled!

Annie is very professional and did a great job with my eyebrows. I went to her for threading and I am definitely coming back to her for more treatments 😊

NOT RECOMMEND I requested a short haircut with undercutting and showed a picture of my desired style. The stylist suggested a similar haircut without undercutting, explaining that she didn’t use a trimmer at the salon. I hesitated, but she showed me a picture of the style she claimed she could replicate. It seemed acceptable, so I decided to proceed. During the haircut, she mentioned that my previous haircut wasn’t perfect and promised to fix it, saying she was doing her best to make it look great for me. However, when the haircut was finished, I was so disappointed that I could barely speak. All I managed to say was that I didn’t like the result. She offered to cut my hair more to fix the issues, but I declined. She then informed me that this haircut normally costs £60, but she was charging me only £50. I expressed my dissatisfaction and told her that the result wasn’t worth the money, and had I known the price beforehand, I wouldn’t have agreed. It’s worth noting that the client chairs were positioned far from the mirrors, and the lighting in the salon was inadequate. When I got home and saw the haircut properly, I realized it was far worse than I initially thought. I had to visit another salon to get it fixed. I also asked her for a refund, which she declined. Instead, she let me speak with her "manager," who claimed I had left the salon completely happy and pointed out that I had been forewarned she was “trying her best.” Does this mean she is not a professional and only “tries her best” without knowing how to properly execute a short haircut? I’ve attached photos showing the result I received.

The best hair treatment I ever had and its not gonna be the last. I am visiting Annie's salon more than year now and I will not change it. Dear Annie, keep it up , you know how to make us beatiful, glamorous , irresistible. See you next week.
