Had the most beautiful hot stone massage with Ellie this morning, so relaxing and she was so professional. The massage was personalised to the customer. Ellie is so lovely. Wasn't rushed to leave and I wish it could have lasted all day !

I recently had the pleasure of getting my eyebrows tattooed by Claire, and I can’t praise her enough! From start to finish, Claire’s expertise and professionalism were exceptional. She made me feel completely at ease, despite my initial nervousness, and took the time to explain every step of the process. Her attention to detail and dedication to ensuring my comfort truly stood out. I am beyond thrilled with the results - my eyebrows look absolutely amazing! If Jess can’t do your hair she will block you on the appointment booking system and not even bother telling you why, so much for being professional. I asked why I couldn’t book anything on the app with anyone who works their including the nail techs, she blamed me by saying i make her feel like she doesn’t know what shes doing. Many times I’ve come home with yellow roots. I’ve given Jess the benefit of doubt hoping she would understand why they are yellow. Apparently toner fixes it all. I’ve done a better job myself at home in the past. I’ve always been polite and paid in full. I guess it’s my fault I didn’t kick up a fuss like a normal person and thought of someone else’s feelings instead of what’s right for me. Lesson learnt.

Excellent eyebrow experience by Lauren. Beautiful salon with nails, hair, eyebrows, facials etc.... all under one roof. Lauren is very knowledgeable, professional and gentle. It did not hurt at all (despite people telling me tattoos really hurt). Semi permanent eyebrows- I love them and would certainly recommend.

Nails done by Sophie, and they are amazing - no nasty drills. Hair done by Tina and I couldn't be happier with it. Love the colour and cut. Very professional. The ladies are lovely X
