I had a T-section done with Arabella at Killa yesterday. Absolutely amazed the results. I rarely come out of a salon with the exact type of blonde i wanted being achieved but Arabella managed to perfect it. Also such a lovely, welcoming and funny girl. Couldn’t recommend more!🫶🏻

First of all, I had a full hair colour service, but for some reason, it's been marked as a no-show, so I can't leave a review on their booking app. This is a very honest review, so I'll start with the positives. It's a lovely salon with comfortable wash basins, and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, Arabella has damaged my hair, which has caused so much breakage and short pieces that will take years to grow back. I didn't have a relaxing, attentive experience. Arabella did a full head of bleach foils on me, but then told me she'd booked her friend in last minute, so whilst my colour was processing, she started doing her foils. This resulted in me waiting longer than I should have with bleach on my hair. She explained how her friend had booked a t section, but then said she wanted a full head of foils, so it was taking longer. That is very unprofessional, and knowing I was waiting for my bleach to be washed off and the rest of my service finished, she should have told her friend no. Instead, she caused bleach damage to my hair, then had me waiting with wet hair for over half an hour before she did my toner. My cut and blow-dry was rushed, and I left with my hair not fully dry and snapping off. I reached out to her after to complain and requested a full refund. Instead, she only refunded my blow dry and cut and covered the cost of one olaplex treatment. This didn't come to even half of what I paid. I'm now left with damaged hair that continues to break when wet. I'm extremely upset and disappointed. Edit: since putting up this review Arabella contacted me and asked it to be taken down. She also admitted to falsely putting me as a no show on the booksy app, and said she'd only change the no show if I removed this review. It's disgraceful treatment and I'm not going to blackmailed or manipulated.

I’ve been seeing Arabella for my hair for a while now at Killa, and every single time she nails the blonde perfectly. Arabella creates such a welcoming and comfortable environment. I always feel completely at ease during my visits—it’s like catching up with a friend who also happens to be a total expert at what she does. I genuinely trust her with my hair, and I always leave feeling confident and refreshed. Couldn’t recommend her more highly! Not to mention the salon is so nice to sit in with modern decor and all staff are very welcoming

Killa Hair & Beauty is the most comforting, cleansed salon i have ever attended!x Arabella will always be my go to for my hair, colour & style! her amazing skills helped me transform to a beautiful cowboy copper. she is honestly perfect at what she does, every time i leave the chair i leave more amazed at her work! she will be my forever hairdresser xxx

Had my hair done my Arabella and the result was amazing! I’ve had so many compliments about my hair. Not to mention she is lovely herself. I will continue going back to Arabella for my top ups in the future 🩷
