Halton Chiropody Clinic

The attitude of the chiropodist was appalling she has no customer service what so ever I brought my mum 83 years old yesterday at 5.15 for a 5.30 appointment went to the front of the building and door was locked so knocked on door and side window with no joy decided to phone but it went to answer machine explained that I am outside and have a appointment but nobody phoned or came to the door so in the end decided to take my mum back home phoned the chiropodist a few time to find out what was going on but she never picked up when I did receive a call her attitude was poor and i would not recommend this Clinic to anyone. Also now in response to the owners response when she says that she could not contact me because she did not have my number how did she manage to contact me the following day on the number ? .Please check the poor reviews on Google to confirm what the owners attitude is like before you book a apointment. When i was stood outside the business with my mum who is 83 years old i phoned the business left a voice message and waited till 5.40 pm l also like to point out i never said I went to the wrong door the owner said I went to the wrong door people can believe what they want but I will not be recommending this place to anyone .I also would like to confirm that she contacted me has she said in her response i contactacted her and i was shouting simply not true i was in hospital with family when she finely phoned me back .Very poor attitude I hope lot of people check out and see the other poor reviews left on Google

Mixed my appointment up with someone else, even though I confirmed the appointment the day before. The attitude of the chiropodist was appalling to me, she has no customer service what so ever. Not the first time this has happened. Not a good experience, be aware.

Phoned and explained the problem. Tina explained that it would only require a 10min appointment and juggled her appointments to fit me in the same day. All I can say is such a wonderful service and very professional. Aftercare was fully explained and I came away pain free. Would recommend to anyone this brilliant place.

Went to Tina at the clinic today and all I can say is wow I’m no longer in pain and the advice given was excellent and made a lot of sense the first chiropodist iv been to that has give me instant relief from pain and advice that I can take away I try. Thanks again Tina

Over run previous appointment. Appointment time mixed up with next customer. Attitude to admitting who is in the wrong.
