Very professional service. Simon Glover has recently helped me with an injury in the build up to the Great North Run. My training had been hampered by this. Simon identified the issue and provided suitable treatment as well as a programme to follow between appointments. After being shown suitable stretches etc I was able to get training again and successfully completed the run. There wasn't many weeks before the run but he managed to get me going again! Thanks & highly recommended

Very knowledgeable and professional physio service right in the city centre. Highly recommended. Simon helped with a calf strain that was causing me a lot of pain and preventing me from training for a 10K race. After a thorough assessment, Simon provided me with a detailed strengthening and stretching plan and within a couple of weeks, I was able to run the Leeds Abbey Dash with no pain whatsoever.

We have tried all weekend to get through to the extended access hub that covers this practice 5 x we waited on hold over 1 hour then they disconnect the call!!! The first call on Friday eve to 111 resulted in them calling us back at 2.30 am to say your not urgent enough to be seen let alone speak to a GP despite a temp of 98.5 throat closing up severe headaches and leg pain they said ring back if you get worse. Sat am we started to contact the extended access but this was the result. This is the third time in as many months this condition has crippled a strong 6.4 male and he’s not been able to access any medical help. When he finally got to see a GP the first time he had recovered so they couldn’t do anything but surely some tests need to be done now he’s going to end up loosing his job if this continues. Horrendous weekend had by all.

Fantastic surgery. Been registered most of my life. Reception staff are always so helpful and will always get you an appointment quickly in an emergency. Online services great and the new building is light, airy and very clean with lifts for anyone who may struggle with the stairs. Dr. O’Duchon is my regular doctor and he is amazing, really thoughtful and thorough.

Not a bad doctors. But when you finally get through and need a ring back off a particular doctor. They can't book it if the doctors not in that particular day. Surely they have a diary. How hard can it be to get them to call you on their return.
