Since the first day I signed up with the Surgery. Have been treated well by Doctors Nurses and all staff. The people on the reception get a bad deal from certain people and it baffles me. Have never once had a problem trying to get an appointment.May have to call at 8am. That’s fine by me.

I booked my first appointment with this doctors for tomorrow however got a text saying I needed to ring so I did, was querying about a form I had that needed to be filled out by a medical professional (my gp) and the secretary instantly had attitude and got gobby and actually shouting down the phone that it’s not possible. Not being dramatic either about it. Think the fact that i successfully couldn't even have a doctors appointment says enough about this practice, cancelled my apt and tried to find a new doctors on the same day. Speaking to someone as unprofessional and impatient as that makes you question what kind of care you’re going into. Your secretary is in the wrong job with 0 compassion. Dunno who put a penny in her today, for her sake I hope she isn’t like this all the time.

I visited Rockwood surgery today. The stuff on the reception was very helpful then I seen dr cotler she was very helpful and understanding as I explained my condition to her she put me back on the appropriate medication thank you

I've always found all the staff very kind, understanding and efficient, not easy for such a busy practice. The receptionists are lovely and have always managed to make same or next day appointments. The nurses and doctors are really attentive, respectful and knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I would like to thank them all.

Very efficient receptionists I have always managed to get an appointment at either of the surgeries! The receptionist go above and beyond their duties to help with any queries, the nurses have also gone above and beyond their duties especially just recently and have sorted out what I thought were urgent queries I had regarding ongoing treatment which was making me feel stressed.The gps do an amazing job and I would like to thank everyone at the surgery for all the help and support they give me they are a credit to the NHS
