⭐☆☆☆☆ I’m very disappointed with our experience at this GP practice. My husband had an appointment scheduled for 4:20 PM and arrived at around 4:26 PM due to a bit of traffic on the way. When he got there, it took another 5 minutes at the reception desk just to be keyed into their system, so by the time he was officially checked in, it was about 4:31 PM. Despite only being roughly 11 minutes past the original time, the doctor refused to see him and the staff’s attitude was extremely unhelpful. It’s already hard enough to get an appointment, and this kind of rigid and unfriendly approach to a slight delay is really frustrating. I expected more understanding and flexibility from a healthcare provider.

I left my appointment feeling worse than when I arrived. The GP showed a clear lack of concern and empathy, particularly around mental health issues. Rather than offering support or guidance, their approach felt dismissive — as if the goal was to invalidate rather than help. Mental health is serious, and it’s incredibly disheartening to be met with such indifference from someone in a position of care. I wouldn’t recommend this GP to anyone seeking understanding or compassionate treatment

Absolutely horrible, reception staff are super rude and the GP kept cancelling my new born babies appointments including her first check up and her first dose of vaccinations. Some of the doctors are also horrid, my mum even being told she shouldn’t have come when she was really ill. Doctors dont take you seriously apart from the rare few, important appointments get cancelled and reception staff are rude towards you.
