I always get a prompt appointment. The patchs platform is user friendly and staff are friendly. Doctors and nurses are kind, polite and understanding.

The booking system does not work. There is always a long queue at reception with one receptionist.

The service has gone down so much since they went digital, it was meant to improve but I just get repeatedly refused medical care for my baby as they close your request without actually helping
