absolutely rubbish people i’m calling to see my gp for large red bumps all over my skin i’ve had for 4 days and they tell me go to pharmacy. they then told me to call my gp again because i need to get checked. i call again to book an appointment and they say there’s nothing they can do, each time they tell me to call the next morning i’ve called for a week straight and i need to wait till the next week AGAIN, the staff are lazy and don’t care about their patients wellbeing at all.
Consistently fail to authorise repeat prescriptions causing stress and anxiety in having to arrange emergency medication. Absolutely useless at utilising PATCHS which then require in-person consultations. One doctor said “You aren’t depressed, you smiled when you came in.” — this while I had built up the confidence to request to go back onto medication.
If you can get past the reception and actual see a gp you may wish you hadn't. Not bad Dr's per say just a lacklustre don't really care any more attitude and it shows big time. My advice is find somewhere else
