Couldn't even complete a new patient registration, due to their own fault mixing details even though we all have our own unique nhs numbers. Instead of rectifying the issue, you get told 5 different things clearly no communication between staff 🙄. Obviously don't care as they couldn't even be bothered to call and say we're not able to after telling me they were sorting the issue. Now left without a gp as a type 1 diabetic absolutely disappointed 😞!

Very rude receptionist. I was sat there since 9:05 my appointment 9:20 and then I had to get up myself and ask them what’s happening and she rudely said to me I cancelled but I asked why would I sit here just to cancel my appointment
I love this GP office the reception staff is kind and patient. The doctors are excellent they take their time to listen to my many health problems and then send me to take tests to try and resolve them. My only complaint is a nurse frightened me about my diabetes. I sink deeper into depression and my anxiety had me afraid to fall asleep at night. I was dealing with this for over a month, she almost cost me to have a heart attack. I thank God, for the doctor I spoke with today, he told me that my sugar was above normal but NOTHING to be alarmed about. Thank you, Doc for calling me back this morning. You saved a life today. ❤️
Today I went to the GP with my 2-year-old daughter. Before I got to the clinic, I called them and asked them for a face to face appointment , obviously I told them about my little girl's symptoms (cough, fever ,constipation and sore throat). When I went to the GP they told me to sit down and wait. after a lady woke up and telling me that my baby has covid and I should wait for the doctor outside, outside in the rain. I mention that she did not wear a mask in the enclosure area. I admit that, I got a little angry with her because I don't think it's okay what happened. in the end I woke up with the door slammed into my face and cursed. 👎
