Mel, your new nurse has been applying dressings to my mums leg (she is 91) for a few weeks now. The improvement to mum's wound is incredible and she will be discharged at her next visit. Mel has treated the wound with wonderful care and attention, changing the type of dressing used where necessary. The standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the practice room is 5***** thanks to Mel and because of her happy and positive personality mum and I will miss going to the appointments. She is the best nurse I have ever encountered in your practice.

I’ve been trying to get a doctors appointment for the last 4 days everytime I ring up at 8am there’s never any left. I’m pregnant and I’m really unwell. I’ve recently been hospitalised because of my health and I’ve a feeling it’s a simpler thing. It’s disgusting how they can’t offer appointments to the most needy!
