Came across this listing on On the Market (will look to report if possible). Letting agent will not show up. It’s really difficult to schedule viewings and make sure you prioritise them correctly - especially when you have to balance them with work so I’d avoid these guys at all costs. We received a call from London nearly an hour following our scheduled viewing claiming the estate agent was there - definitely not the case. Complete and utter waste of time.
Potential scam company and waste of time. Do not bother wasting your time with these people. They do not show up for viewings. The homes they are listing are in fact vacant. When you call their number for help ..... advisor on the phone can barely string a sentence together. Hopefully they won't be around long ;)
Very unprofessional company. I think the previous review about them being a scam and fake company is correct. Do not book any viewings with this company and DO NOT send them any money. I am in the process of having their ads removed on certain websites
I recently rented an apartment via Belyani Agents and it was a very smooth experience! Kasra was extremely helpful and knew all the answers to my questions. Highly recommend.
