Adam, Stephen, Shelley and the team at Hogans have looked after our rental property for over 10 years. In that time they have been nothing but honest, helpful, prompt, courteous and professional in their dealings with us and our tenants. When it came to finally selling our property they were efficient and effective as always, constantly chasing down the process to make the sale as quick as possible. Do not hesitate to use Hogans- definitely recommend.

I paid a £125 holding deposit to Hogan's Estate Agents, expecting a fair and transparent process. I asked for a copy of the tenancy agreement before committing further, but they refused to provide it. When I then asked for my holding deposit back, they ignored me completely . It was only after I submitted a formal complaint to the Property Redress Scheme (PRS) that they finally returned the money — and still gave no apology. I followed all the rules, gave full and accurate information, and didn’t pull out — so there was no reason to keep the deposit. I'm relieved to get my money back, but the way this agency handled it was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. If you decide to rent through them, make sure to keep everything in writing and be prepared to escalate if needed.

Established since only god knows but when entering you don’t even get a look in there nothing ever available and if there’s is the rent and deposit is ridiculous to the point you’ve not even viewed the property but maybe when viewing if the house is not furnished but for the price I’d rather save and buy my own property or at least move furtherer afield as nothing round the areas of interest for the price is silly but you can’t even get a house in the area you reside but (OTHERS) can weird behaviour This isn’t aimed at staff either it’s just there’s nothing ever available that’s goes for all letting agents in the area

As a landlord myself I was extremely apprehensive with about letting my property out after hearing allsorts of horror stories however, Steve and his team soon put my mind at ease and have always been extremely helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. Special mention to Adam who goes above and beyond whenever I have had raised an enquiry with the company and always put my mind at ease with his prompt and professionalism throughout our dealings. Overall Hogan's as a company deals professionally and promptly and delivers all round fantastic customer service. I highly recommend them as an agent and I cannot give then enough credit for the service that they have provided me with!!

I have used Hogans, and dealt with Steve and Adam on various occasions, both to sell houses, and on a personal level they both gave me good advice whilst setting up my own lettings business. On the sales side, they made it a very easy process for me, being a complete novice, and kept me upto date when things were moving along. Great team!!
