Helen at New Homes Solution was exceptional. Her professionalism and dedication stood out, and she supported us far beyond our expectations. She handled every issue from the buyers’ solicitors quickly and thoroughly, and when communication stalled, her persistence was remarkable. Helen chased responses tirelessly, keeping the sale moving when we feared it might fall through. At our most stressful point, Helen was calm, empathetic, and completely committed—going above and beyond to keep everything on track. Her support made a huge difference. Helen is a true asset to New Homes Solution, and we’re incredibly grateful to have had her with us on this journey. We can’t thank her enough.
Not the best experience buying through this estate agent. Constant pressure tactics to complete prior to Christmas reason given by the estate agent was the vendor wanted to complete pre Xmas turns out the vendor didn’t even want to complete before Christmas either. Just constant lies told throughout the experience and made it very stressful. We dealt with Helen Dyson who tried to involve her self in everything and apply really aggressive pressure tactics which were just lies after speaking with the vendor. If you get Helen as your sales progression manager for your case good luck.
Would NOT recommend this estate agents!! Bought a property with them and completed today! Have never had such poor communication with a company I only had updates on our new property because we actually asked the sellers for their number other wise we would have never had updates, fast forward day of completion I went to meet them at the new property for an arranged time of 1:15pm with my one year old who is very poorly with tonsillitis at the moment, stood in the freezing cold for half an hour still no phone call to tell me they were running late, rang their office they said they would send an email??? Went back home and got a phone call saying “the keys are stuck in an office they will send another email” why would you agree a time to meet the buyer at the property to give the keys that you don’t actually have?!?!?! So now I am back at home 2 hours later still no news and they’re breaching contract as this house is now legally ours and we don’t have the keys or know when we will have the keys VERY BAD SERVICE
Unfortunately, had a poor experience. I will say staff have been lovely and polite but unfortunatley we’ve been left in a position where we have had to withdraw from the property purchase. We had an offer accepted on a property in February. At the time, we were told it would be ready in June and at the very latest July. We waited and got to June, and were told it is still on track for the end of the month. July came, we were told that it was looking more like the end of July. Then a phone call came to say it would be August. In August we got a phone call to say we should book a final viewing as it would be in the next two weeks. Then a phone call to say there has been delays and it is now September. In September we got a call to say October, then a call to say November. We have decided to pull out of the sale but feel as though we were really misinformed about timelines and had poor communication.
Exceptional Customer Service I would like thank Helen at New Home Solutions, for her tireless dedication throughout my sale, which was not straight forward, Helen kept me informed throughout, as communication was paramount at all times in terms of progression for our new build stage, facilitating between my solicitors , buyer and their solicitor , Helen ensured that everything was actioned in n time and acted in a professional manner , continuing to build that relationship between all parties to reach the exchange & completion. I would highly recommend , can’t thank you enough Mrs & Mrs Margaret Carroll .
