Really great business centre in Crossgates. The location is so so convenient on main road and lots of parking. My office was supplied with brand new furniture, excellent heating and super fast Wi-Fi. And the 24 access was a huge bonus for me. Professionally cleaned on a weekly basis too !!! Highly recommend for any individual or company in Leeds or out of town!!

Ultra Fire Protection had our first office at Winwead House Business Centre, and it played a key role in helping us grow our business. The owner has been incredibly supportive and helpful throughout our time there, which made a real difference. The environment is friendly, professional, and welcoming, making it a great place to work day-to-day. The facilities are always kept to a very high standard and are a credit to how well the building is managed.
