James is very experienced and has a calm and pragmatic approach. Ben and Imogen in the office are great and easy to deal with. James and team managed to sell our home in just two weeks and was always on hand to answer questions and move the sale process along when needed. James was very helpful in guiding us through the process of selling my mother’s property. He kept us informed at every step of the way and has a thorough knowledge of the Crossgates area. He even managed to negotiate the final asking price to what he had valued the property at. He told us how much his fees would be and when we got the final bill he had not added any extras. James and his small team were professional in all our dealings with him and it was a pleasure to have given him our business.
