Just want to thank Emma, Tracy and Claire for the wonderful funeral they arranged for my beautiful wife Julie. It was such a sad day but the way Emma and her team went about it, it lifted a heavy weight. Special thanks to Tracy who dealt extremely well with me and the family when we went to see Julie and who's follow up calls made things that bit better. Thanks again Paul
I cannot thank Emma, Claire, Tracey and the team enough for the wonderful send off they gave my brother Gary. From the very first meeting, Emma put us at ease with her kind, caring and professional approach. Nothing was too much trouble. Regular phone calls and updates… the attention to detail was outstanding. As soon as my brother was in their care, we felt an immediate sense of comfort and relief knowing he would be treated with dignity and respect. The funeral day was seamless. Amazing people work at this branch,kind and caring during the hardest of times. Everyone went out of their way to make things as easy as possible for the family.
We can't thank Emma Claire and Tracey enough they went beyond they so friendly helpful and put my mum at so much ease and it was a great service and would recommend to anyone who sadly loses a love one once again thank you all so much from my mum and the pringle family
Staff very helpful, however to say it's a chapel of rest sometimes it's very noisy after 5pm as there's a sports bar and gym and karate above it.
