Most traumatic experience I’ve ever had. Asked for a very specific hairstyle, didn’t get what I wanted even after telling the hairdresser multiple times!!! First impressions weren’t the best, hairstylist was rough with my hair, causing it to break whist she was handling it. Charged the full price for a hairstyle that was stiff and knotted. Learn to do your own hair at this point!!!! (The salon, however, wasn’t in a bad shape that one I can admit. The only good thing about the salon was the clients sitting with me getting their hair done too)

I give this a 5 - star rating ! It has been the best experience for me and I am so happy I was introduced to creative hands hair salon. The customer service is fantastic, I was welcomed with open arms, I highly recommend creative hair salon don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity. Bring your friends, family anyone that you know so they can also be welcomed with open arms. Professional hairdresser Earlene is very kind and caring to her customers and does her work up to high standards! This beautiful salon includes: Hair, Nails, Barber, Spa and eyelash extensions! You really wouldn’t want to miss out, surely will be leaving the salon looking FLAWLESS!

After seeing all the good reviews on Google, I called to see what their price range was- just like many other hair braiding services have. I spoke to a lady who said that they can’t do a price range as they need to see my hair first. I said ‘so you don’t have a price list? That’s strange’. She then rudely replied, ‘that’s not strange, I’ve been doing this for 20 years’. And then promptly hung up. Disappointing behaviour. I will never step foot in this hair salon. Customer service is clearly lacking and I can only imagine what type of treatment I would get if I was there in the salon. If I could put ZERO stars, I would.

The owner was very sweet and lovely and so was the woman who did my hair but I felt very uncomfortable having my dry thick Afro hair combed roughly from root to tip with a flimsy fine tooth comb. I did say something but she said it was fine because ‘my hair is strong’ but I knew it wasn’t. I know my hair and knew it was breaking with every tug. The best thing about my style was the partings they were very neat. I wanted a curl cream added for moisture but she only used water and gel because ‘it makes the style last longer’. Mad at myself because I should have insisted harder. Never settling for longevity of a hairstyle over the health of my hair again! and sorry but chewing gum loudly above my head was very irritating 🥲I was smiling when I left but cried when I got home
