Don’t bother! Have been really disappointed with this service!! We had a leak fixed and our radiators taken off which went fine. However, I booked to have them put back on and they did not turn up. We rescheduled but unfortunately it was the same day as our carpets being fitted and the carpets got completely ruined around the radiators. They offered me 30 pounds but to have new carpets ruined on the day they were fitted is so frustrating!! They will not pay for replacements only a carpet cleaning. I’m not getting replies now either. Very disappointed! They told me they are going above and beyond?!? 😵‍💫 Won’t be using them again.

I contacted Faizan after being let down by another young heating engineer who seems to have disappeared. Faizan of Cockburn communicated very well in advance of the arranged date giving me a price, and arrived exactly within the time slot that he had arranged. Both he and a trainee were polite and professional. They complimented me on my prep work (I’d removed an old radiator first) and got on with the job in hand. By 6:30 he’d finished. The job was of a high standard and there was no mess made. I paid the bill as soon as it was sent to me, and it was lower than expected. I’d thoroughly recommend Faizan to anyone wanting a pain free job.

I had an emergency repair and Faizan was absolutely fantastic. A very nice and respectful person – he explained and asked me before every step of the work, which I really appreciated. The job was completed quickly, to a very high standard, and at a fair price. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable plumber.

I can’t recommend Cockburn Heating enough for commercial gas work. From start to finish, they were the definition of professionalism. Their team arrived exactly when they said they would, fully prepared with all the necessary tools and safety equipment. Every step of the job was handled with care, precision, and a clear focus on safety — something that’s absolutely essential in this line of work. Communication was excellent throughout. They explained what needed to be done, why it was important, and kept me updated on progress without overcomplicating things. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding — clean, efficient, and built to last. They also went above and beyond to minimise disruption to our operations, working around our schedule and making sure everything was left spotless afterwards. Pricing was fair, transparent, and worth every penny for the level of expertise and service we received.

Had a filter tap fitted recently and the plumber was excellent. Really professional, easy to deal with, and got the job done quickly to a great standard. Genuine guy and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again. Highly recommend!
