Gledhow Wing

At the start of this week, I finally went there as a patient and received the warmest services from all staff. Everyone was outstanding at the very first appointment there so they are not well known for me but treated like I am their existing patient. Receptionists to Dr all are very kind hearted and feel relieved after finishing the appointment as Dr understood my problem and took necessary action for the future as I moved from London. They deserve huge thanks for outstanding service.... Keep continuing May Almighty Allah bless them

We were here 2 weeks ago and we had the best Staff from Doctor , Nurses and the kitchen staff. They were super friendly and always give us a smile and are warm welcome everytime they come in to our room. Big thank you for looking after my Partner and shoutout to the staff at Level 6 J6 room SR2.

Probably good in the daytime, but at night the pharmacy is in the basement, the lifts don't go down and the toilets are locked. Not the best way to end a hospital visit. Still, I did get what I needed.

This week our mother was taken into the Gledhow wing at St James, and me and my family were treated so well, with kindness and empathy. It was her last days on this earth and we were allowed to stay in her room room with her, teas and biscuits were bought and sensitivity was always in abundance. It is never easy going through these kinds of processes but the staff certainly made it more bearable with their warmth. We feel so grateful to them. Thank you so much for your kindness, from the Dent family.

I was so scared to have my baby in a hospital in Yorkshire, however I would recommend ST James hospital to anybody, the experience I have had has been lovely, amazing nurses and midwifes ! The only one downside was one grumpy canteen lady but that doesn't take away the hard work of all the other staff, the support for breastfeeding with baby is amazing at this hospital !!! I suffer from autism and the care I received was amazing I felt very comfortable every step of the way and very listened too, Thankyou so much to all of the staff at St james
