ASAP Locksmiths & UPVC Door Repairs

I have been using the services of ASAP Locksmiths for over 10 years.Lee has repaired broken hinges and handles on two upstairs windows, replaced steamed up glass on two double glazed windows.Also fitted a new lock and door handle set on our back door. I was pleasantly surprised how quick the response was. Up to that point I was securing my patio doors using a door handle securer since my doors no longer lock.He went and picked up the new handles as well as realigned the doors. So win win. Also the price quoted was the price I paid.Will definitely deal with them again. Wish all companies I deal with behave like them. Thank you so much.

I was wanting to get new locks and handles for my house after numerous attempted break-ins in my areas. After a couple of texts and photos of the old handled, Lee was there in a couple days after explaining what he could fit and how much each part would cost. He was fast, polite and great at explaining how the new ones worked, and even ended up giving advice to numerous neighbours too who were interested. Certainly recommend Lee’s services.

My mother didn’t quite have a good experience with Asap Locksmiths. They came out to do some work on my mother’s windows but we found their work unprofessional and improper. My mum had to check over their work and direct them on things they had missed out, to which they replied.. “we forgot to do that” it wasn’t a big job so was very disappointed that they couldn’t follow through on such easy simple work. I also found the price wasn’t very reflective of the work and when I tried to contact the owner to complain I was spoken to in a very defensive and rude manner. The owner was not willing to take any accountability at all and gave no apologies, I hope I don’t have to call them out for any further problems with their work.

Great service from Lee today, he sorted out my patio door adding a new mechanism, also sorted out the draft coming from the other door. Would highly recommend.
