Rang Saul with a broken front door lock. He responded immediately and the door was secured that day and new lock fitted the next day. He also gave us advice about another issue with the door and recommendations to help. Saul was brilliant, his customer service is excellent and we can't recommend enough. After our lock broke, Saul came out of hours on a Saturday evening and got us in the house very quickly. Then, he replaced the lock and realigned the mechanism. He also checked the other locks and replaced them with high security locks on another visit. We can thoroughly recommend his services. He was quick polite and very efficient.

Contacted Saul in the morning told him I had a the problem with the exterior door he said he'd try and get there today.or first thing in the morning, thankfully , he was able to get there late afternoon and managed to sort, the lock mechanism malfunction and everything is working great now. Called Saul and within 30 minutes he was at our address and changed the locks, explained everything he was doing, offering good advice on the types of locks we wanted / required. Professional, friendly and polite, and really high quality work. Would definitely recommend.
