Called Stewart on a Sunday morning for help with a faulty lock. He was with us within the hour and had it replaced the following day as soon as the stockist was open. He was trustworthy, professional and gave us good advice. Cost was very reasonable as well with no expensive call out fees. Would 100% recommend.

Stewart from Yorkshire Locks was brilliant! I submitted an enquiry online and he called me within 5 minutes. He was professional, arrived on time and explained everything to me in an easy to understand way. He replaced our broken lock very quickly and all at an affordable price. We also had a great chat while he sorted the door! We have already enquired about him coming back to see to our back door. I will be keeping his details and recommending him to friends and family.

I messaged Stewart with details of my problem with my patio door and he arrived within 15 minutes. He re-aligned the door which had dropped and changed the lock to a Grade 3 BSI Standard lock which has given us peace of mind. Very good value and excellent 5 Star Service 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

My tenants were burgled last night and I contacted Stewart this morning and he was amazingly helpful. He came straight out and had the supplies ready to do the job straight away. Job done neat and quickly and very professional and friendly service. I’d highly recommend him!

After making an enquiry, Stewart was able to attend on the day. He was polite, friendly and professional, fixing 2 door locks and sorting out a faulty set of bifold doors all for a very reasonable price.
