Today I got my nails done And the colour didn’t look anything like it dud on the example and asked for them redoing and my nails after 1 1/2 hour are still wet It is ridiculous worst nail experience last time I went, they did them good but this time was shocking never going again x

The price advertised outside for eyebrow service was seven pounds. Before starting, I asked if I could pay by card and was told yes. After the service was finished, I was charged nine pounds instead. When I asked why, I was told it was because I paid by card and that next time it would be seven pounds if I paid cash. This extra charge was never mentioned beforehand. I felt misled and disappointed by the lack of transparency.

Been going for years, today my 1 year old son and 3 year old daughter were kicked out for being noisy. Horrible Woman was very rude, had a right scowl on her face cos kids were playing. We won't be returning ever again and neither will family members who visit. Her own father knew how much of a horrible person she is by apologising for her but it's too late. You can't undo what was done. Its advisable to ask for the older man. He's not rude and he's a lot better at nails.

As my partner and i was only looking at the price list on the door a worker asked if he could help after responding with we are just looking he just husted us on to the shop and sat her down, despite been rough whilst doing the work he did was excellent. The place it's self was extremely clean it's just the customer service that needs work.

Excellent service - had mani pedi today, and they did a fantastic job! The foot massage with the pedi was a bonus! Thank you Joanna! Highly recommend!
