I visited this nail salon yesterday with my daughter, and we had a wonderful experience. My daughter was absolutely delighted with the service, and her nails turned out beautifully. The staff was kind, professional, and made sure everything was perfect. We will definitely be coming back – highly recommend!

I’ve been going to this shop for years and it’s been ok. But the last few times I haven’t been pleased with the service. They constantly rush the process and service as if they want to chase you out of the shop even though the shop is empty. It’s so annoying! You correct or ask them to do something different because something isn’t right and they get so worked up and annoyed. I’m paying for a service why wouldn’t I want my nails as I described. Just getting increasingly annoyed at the service and the way they treat you. Customer service had definitely decreased and standards aren’t great. £70 and the nails aren’t even that great because he didn’t take his time and when I spoke up I felt like I was doing something wrong. Disappointing.

My daughter have nails here and she absolutely back home with a brightest smile on her face. Staff is very friendly and service is top notch
