Crossgates Post Office

The star is due to a rather older lady, probably above 50, with glasses and blondish hair who is not bothered at all to help out a mom with a baby girl, clearly struggling and not having time to go to the post office every day to get something done. She did not care about us at all, I was there WAY BEFORE closing time and even then, five minutes can be spared to help a customer. Poor very poor and ignorant service. I don’t even believe she has kids, even if she says she does. Truly appalling how little care can be shown to other women as a woman. Hope not to see the same woman again. Not happy.

I been visiting this post office since last year for deposit and there was lady who is always on counter no 4 she been so nice and humble and bt on the other side there’s another lady on counter no 2 or maybe 1 since last two weeks she was refusing to let me deposit because she believes that I’m doin something wrong n that’s y I come over to deposit and the way she acts it was really rude and it was clear that she been raciest towards me coz I had seen her treating other people nicely however when it’s me she always behaves rudely I hav never ever seen a rude woman like her and pls don’t do racism on race , colour n ethnicity 🙏🏻

I've used this Pod Office a few times now and have to say that the staff are fantastic. I was in this afternoon and despite the big volume of customers, the two ladies behind the counter were efficient, helpful and very friendly to everyone they served,

I had a great experience at crossgates post office, I was seen quickly by a woman called Joanne. She was very helpful, patient and kind. She helped my daughter get her passport done even though she was busy. People like her make the world go round, thank you- Elease
