Shut down the post office mid afternoon because of school kids. What a joke. No one in the shop and still couldn’t withdraw money.

Since giving this post office unsatisfactory review in the past. I decided to go again today, this time my experience was totally different. Staff were just getting on with work on busy Monday morning. A bit more friendlier than last time. May be because of the pandemic I appreciate their work more! Thank you for all your hard work.

I was served by the rudest woman at this post office today. She was very short and inpatient, manners were absolutely non excistant and if I wasn't in a hurry I'd have taken my 3 parcels somewhere else. Disgusting customer service and doesn't deserve a job which is customer facing, wish I'd got her name.

I've read some of the comments and yes, it's a small space but that's fine. It's a village shop. It's a cute little place and they will serve you at the shop till as well as the post office bit. I'm new to Roundhay and the lovely staff have been very friendly and helpful. I look forward to going in to post my ebay stuff x

Rude staff. Opening hours displayed on the web are completely wrong. Update eight months later: staff are still very rude, but even worse they now allow customers in who are not wearing masks, even though this is illegal. The shop is very narrow, and a man without a mask brushed past me this afternoon. Not only are the staff rude, they are reckless about customers' health and safety.
