I found the male owner rude and the girl who had a long queue on another day extremely nice and professional. I generally avoid it.one year later still don't like going here you feel like a nuisance to them .so now I'm boycotting it .

Appalling customer service on my 2 most recent visits, unable to do even a basic transaction of a cheque deposit, didn’t look it up didn’t get help just refused. This is a transaction I do all the time in many other PO’s. Rude and unhelpful!

Service can be a little slow and when posting parcels etc, as often there is only one member of staff on duty and staff try to encourage the sender to take out unnecessary insurance, unwanted services etc... however in general they do offer a professional service overall.
