Steve and the team were incredible. Despite some challenging weather they worked tirelessly to get the roof re-tiled. They were clean and tidy and generally a pleasure to have doing the work. To top it all off they were communicative and did a high quality job for a very reasonable price.
Don't go with this company they just littered all the trash by throwing it over on the railway track!
I don’t like having to leave a bad review but I have thought about how the the job was dealt with.We wanted a gutter repair doing, he came and said he would give us a years guarantee. we had to contact him again because it was leaking.He came back out to look at it.When the rain came the leak ended up worst than the first time the water was literally running down the wall.I contacted him again he offered to refund us, no refund.Im more disappointed that he left us with no choice but to hire another roofer to stop the leak instead of coming back out and trying to at least fix it or ease the flow of the leak. It’s just not acceptable to leave a job that way when running a business and you’ve paid for the job doing correctly.Im not one to complain but I feel the way this job was handled I had to write a review.We just feel let down and disappointed.
Amazing job. Fitted 3 velux in one morning. Fixed a persistent leak too while they were up there. They had to come back to it a few times but they sorted it all free of charge. Very happy, would highly recommend.
Steve has done two repair jobs for us and we have been very happy with both. Honest guy, good prices and quality work, what more could you ask for!
