Ison Harrison at Crossgates recently handled the sale of my dad's house. Chloe always kept me informed, chased up issues and dealt with queries promptly. I would definitely use their services again and would highly recommend them.

Me and my wife was booked in to get our will updated, unfortunately with the traffic my wife was late, when I mentioned this to receptionist she was very rude and wanted a full explanation why!!! Then I was greeted by a very rude solicitor and when I tried to explain my situation he was arrogant and dismissive, that’s was enough for me I stood up and left the building and would not give a second more of my time never mind my money!

Felt really well supported by Lauren Buchannen during the sale of my deceased mother's house. She gave regular updates, responded promptly to queries and was very helpful in some of the trickier negotiations with the buyer. An excellent service

Our buyers used this firm as a conveyancer and they were appaling. They were the source of numerous delays with all the other solicitors in the chain repeatedly stating that Ison Harrison were being either incompetent or deliberately obstructive. If in a chain and you see someone has appointed this firm I recommend you get them to change early to save a lot of pain later on.
