We ordered our cake from Jackie and Paul! Both are a wonderful people to say the least. The cake was freshly baked absolutely gorgeous!! Everyone at our wedding loved the cake. We had a 4 tier wedding cake with 4 different flavours. Paul bakes an outstanding carrot cake to say the least. They are good people and highly prioritise quality! Will definitely be ordering from them again!

What can I say what an amazing looking cake it was little sad to cut it to be honest it looked that good. But boy am I glad we did it was a delicious chocolate cake I would even go as far to say the best chocolate cake I have had so moist soft and fluffy. brilliant service lovely staff thank you x

I have just watched a programme on channel 5 called Big Brits go Large. I was shocked to hear a telephone conversation of Jackie and myself about a cake for my daughter. What they didn't share was that I telephoned Jackie back and discussed with her what would be best for the cake. Also the person that arrived to pick up the cake was not me. As you can tell on the phone I clearly have a Leeds accent not an Irish one. I am a bit miffed as Jackie states on the website that she believes the personal touch is so important. Is that TV for you ? It is clearly not a true interpretation of the events. Which is a shame because the cake was delicious but because of the deceit used on the programme I wouldn't return as a customer.

More than just a cake! My wife and I left it rather late to decide what we wanted to offer by way of a special cake for our daughters 21st. So it was with something of panic in our our eyes that we burst through the doors of The Delicious Cake Company, to fall into the safe and calm hands of Jackie. What a relief to meet somebody who knows exactly how to interpret the emotional demands of a last minute but still fussy couple! Nothing was too much trouble so with a few sketches and the reassurance that everything would be just fine, our choice was made and two days later we’d be collecting a large cake and vegan cupcakes. Our relief was immeasurable! Just as promised a beautiful cake was ready to collect along with the generous chocolate cupcakes! The next day, all the effort was appreciated by our guests as the cake was expertly presented with candles lit and the photos said it all. Beyond looking exactly as my wife has wanted it, the cake tasted amazing! Very unusually, in my experience, by the end of the party, no more than four portions were left and they too were polished off the following day! So a huge thank you to Jackie and her team for rescuing our day and providing the most truly delicious cake we have ever tried! Anyone needing a cake for a special occasion, need look no further!
