Excellent company to deal with - fitters, salespeople and the MD. The 2nd time we have used Arlington and its safe to say that one day there will be a 3rd too. High end products and high end staff and designs. Dealing with Arlington was never a problem even when things did not go to plan (other contractors). Always proactive. I would say it is vital that you let this company give you a quotation if you are looking for a top quality kitchen, it is likely that they won't be the cheapest but they will definitely compete with anyone on quality and service Thanks very much and a Special mention to Natalie, Adrian and Colin for their hard work. The Arlington team are just amazing! Everyone, from designer to fitter, is excellent & a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. In fact, they couldn’t do enough! My kitchen designer, Natalie, made regular visits throughout the building prep. The fact that she also made a “kitchen visit” six months after completion, speaks volumes! I’ve had a few kitchens fitted over the years but none of them gave “after care” ! Having your kitchen (the heart of your home) ripped out & refitted, is pretty stressful. However, these amazing people made that transition as easy & relaxed as possible. For that, I am eternally grateful! To anyone needing a new kitchen, I highly recommend Arlington Kitchens. They go that extra mile!! Many, many thanks to The A Team!

Recommended by a friend, we visited the Arlington Kitchen Showroom late last year and fell in love with one of the kitchen displays there. Needing a new kitchen, post-renovation, we chose to work with Arlington immediately after meeting their superb team. Throughout the design stage, Natalie worked meticulously to ensure that she captured all of our needs, whilst being mindful of budget. She was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating when we needed to tweak the designs on more than one occasion. She understood that this is a 'process' and as things come to life, then the requirements change over time. We were always kept up to date with developments throughout the process which gave us peace of mind and set our expectations accordingly. From there on, Craig project managed the installation process with regular communication, site visits and a positive attitude. Craig ensured that the kitchen fit went smoothly and jumped on any issues that arose. In addition, Gary the fitter was incredibly skillful and friendly and approached the fit as if it was his own kitchen. Arlington Kitchen Showroom comes very high recommended from us!

If I could give this company a zero star review I would! Please DO NOT buy a kitchen from this company unless you want to wait over one year for your kitchen to be finished whilst experiencing these problems: - Unsatisfactory quality and missing parts - Damaged parts (holes in cupboards that shouldn’t be there). - Kitchen not fitted correctly - worktops different heights in various parts of the kitchen - Panels not the correct length - Cupboards that do not open and needed to be fixed - Sloppy workarounds i.e., putting a cheap piece of MDF to higher the kitchen - Sink not sealed for several weeks so wood kitchen units getting wet - Fitter working to different plans than what I had been given and making decisions around fitting the kitchen which were not to the drawings or specification - Nobody keeping us informed of what was going on / no clear project plan/timescales - Having to listen to the builder they introduced us to arguing constantly with Arlington’s kitchen fitter - Not taken the issues seriously/nobody been able to make any decisions other than Colin the MD who was often not available - Services not performed within a reasonable timescale. I paid for the kitchen in April 2023 and it was finally finished in June 2024!
