This customer services don’t exist. They suppose to use B & Q as a platform but when you send them an email for cancellation, they won’t reply to your email at all. B & Q won’t do nothing as they said you have to wait for the seller to reply back .
I ordered bedding (2 sets) from this company in the beginning of April and haven’t received it. Have chased up the company several times and they haven’t helped me what do ever. Just keep telling me they’ll look until it but I never hear back. Fed up either trying but I’ve lost money with no answers. Don’t trust them. They come under Furn too. Don’t waste your time or money.
Returned some £120 curtains and still waiting for the refund 2 weeks after they received them totally unacceptable. Contacted them twice about the issue on their website contact form (ref 224703 & 226407) but no replies. Will wait another week then raising the issue with Trading Standards. Definitely never be using this sham of a company again.
Haven't opened the bedding yet but I'm dissatisfied in the company as i paid extra for fast delivery that was 1 to 2 days and after 2 days the order was still unfulfilled. Emailed to no avail. Put me off using this company again really:(
Ordered wallpaper from here (Voyage Maison) and paid for premium delivery. That was a week ago. No delivery and I have sent an email. Automated reply saying I have to wait 24-48 hrs for a reply. Now reading reviews I wish I hadn’t placed order . This item is no doubt not going g to arrive in time or if at all. Very poor service
