Iv not been in Christopher Browns at Seacroft Green for a year or so, went in yesterday and it was as if I had only shopped a couple of days previously. The warm and friendly welcome and atmosphere from Marcus assistant manager and Jo Manager was as if I was family. They are amazing and so accommodating and no pressure or time limit on serving you. Prices excellent too, and fabulous choices. Highly recommend.

Looking for a ring for my wife. My son had spotted one in the window he thought his mum would like. We went along and where admitted to the store. We were served by a pleasant and helpful assistant called Tracy who helped my wife try the ring for size and if she liked it. She wasn't sure because it was similar to her engagement ring which needed the sapphire reset and the claws building up. We arranged to have it repaired by Browns. To cut it short we purchased a different ring the next day and are awaiting to pick it up tomorrow after it was resized for my wife and to pick up her repaired engagement ring. A great jewelers with knowledgeable and helpful staff who go out of their way to make sure you get total satisfaction. A great range of jewelry and watches. Highly recommended.

Visited for the first time and was assisted by Marcus. He was attentive, knowledgable and happy to help with all aspects of our visit. Very happy with the service and revisited with another enquiry and the store manager Jo went above and beyond to assist. Would definitely recommend and will happily return. Great place to get new and second hand jewellery from. This time I purchased some beautiful jewelery (second hand.... ALWAYS! So as to avoid paying 20% VAT to the tax man and therefore getting more for my money). Also had some fine jewelery repaired, tipped and rhodium plated, great job! Thank you.
