Working with Jess on an engagement ring last year was a pleasure. I had high expectations from the recommendations from a friend and the reviews here and she did not disappoint. She listened to my ideas and improved them with her experience and expertise to improve on it to create a beautiful and personal ring. The experience felt bespoke and unpressured. My (now) fiancée loves it and has had tonnes of compliments. We are sure to return when we're thinking of wedding rings.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience when designing my partner’s engagement ring with Jess. Jess guided me through every aspect of the design process, made me feel comfortable, and helped me really understand the value of what we were creating. I knew nothing about diamonds before working with Jess and left her studio feeling like an expert! The result was a piece that felt truly unique and perfect for my now fiancé. I absolutely loved working with Jessica! She designed and made me a ring to celebrate the birth of my daughter, and absolutely brought my vision to life. I had spoken to a couple of other jewellers but she is the only one who I felt really listened and understood what I wanted. I’m so pleased with the result and would highly recommend!

My engagement ring (designed by my husband and bought from an online retailer who has since gone out of business) was broken beyond repair due to a casting error when originally made. Jess' work saw her recreate the ring exactly using the stones from my original ring. My new ring is perfect in every way and i am extremely grateful for the work that has gone into making it so. We also had our wedding bands made by Jess, both engraved with our wedding date and my husbands including an emerald set inside the band to compliment my engagement ring, these again are just perfect. I couldn't be happier with the craftsmanship and service, Jess' knowledge and advice made the decision to go with her easy. We were kept up to date every step of the way which was one less thing to worry about in the run up to the wedding. We would highly recommend Jessica Steele Jewellery.

We met Jessica at a Wedding Fayre just over a year ago. We loved the jewellery she had on display, and the fact she did bespoke pieces. My engagement ring is a square diamond and finding a wedding ring to fit with it was proving difficult. So we arranged to visit her studio to go through some options. Jessica was super helpful and really understood what I wanted. A few weeks later I had my bespoke wedding ring and it fit PERFECTLY with my engagement ring! Jessica was brilliant and even as we approached our wedding day and I needed both my engagement ring, and my wedding ring made smaller, she did this… and again they fit perfectly! I would go back to Jessica for any jewellery - especially bespoke I absolutely love my wedding ring and can’t wait for my next piece from Jessica 🥰 I would recommend her to everyone!!
