Needed a Good Looking Gold Ring for Niece's Engagement. Visited Few Places on Roundhay Road and Around but Found This Place to Be More Reasonable and Great in Terms of Help Choosing and Advice. The Staff Really Had Great Knowledge of What They Had and We're Quick to Respond. What We Bought was Slightly Cheaper As Compared To Other Gold Shops Around. Would Definitely Recommend This Place.

Went to every jeweller in the area to get a price on some old gold jewellery and went to them last, they gave us the best price. Highly recommended very honest family owned jewellers. No doubt best jewellers in Leeds. Will definitely be coming back

STAY AWAY ! WORST JEWELLERS EVER! SCAMMERS - I will NEVER come here again ! What a waste of money ! Got sold a FAULTY ring and could NOT return , exchange or get a refund - very rude staff - was told " don't come here again" - when I complained because the gem came out of my ring (that I bought only a couple of months ago) ! A total waste of £250 !! When I asked for an exchange for a similar ring I was told that I had to pay another £200 ! I made over 7 visits to TRY and get my ring repaired ! Also no receipt was given after I purchased the ring - WHAT A NIGHTMARE ! STAY AWAY ! WORST JEWELLER EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE !
