Great store withing crossgates shopping centre, friendly owner couldn't do enough to help, highly recommended many thanks

Had troubles with my screen randomly turning off and going black, I took it to Fone Revive and they fitted a brand new original screen for a resonable price, I had the same issue a week late and took it back, they thought it might be a different problem and it turned out nothing worked when they tried to fix it, they refunded me the full amount I payed for the screen replacement and we're very professional, I would 100% recommend this phone repair shop and will be going back in the future if I have any phone issues

If I could give less I would. Abysmal customer service. Eldest bought phone with no internet access by mistake. Was told NO RETURNS which is poor customer service. Sucked up the £60 loss. Few days later after research returned to buy a Nokia 2720 which is supposed to have basic internet access, FB, Google maps and WhatsApp. Turns out NONE of the above. They collect retro tech so was aware it would not be like a smart phone as they have one of those for daily use. No instructions in English in box. Researched online and found numerous articles stating it is a FAKE phone showing serial numbers/ videos etc.. Returned to shop to ask for refund as NOT fit for purpose. Asked why he would think she would want two phones that were exactly the same in matter of days. She had mentioned her error buying the other one and that she wanted this one because it accessed the internet. She has some development delays and doesn't do well with confrontation. Guy was rude and dismissive and kept repeating " no returns" " I didn't force her to buy it" " it doesn't matter what it says it's supposed to do" " I don't have it in with the smart phones so it is no returns" He has zero care about what he is selling and stated he " knows very little about the phone" Buyers beware. You will NOT get a refund if you are not happy or the item does not perform as it should.

I had the worst experience here. I brought in my phone to have the screen fixed, but they ended up putting on another faulty screen. When I brought it up with the owner, he was super rude and refused to admit they made a mistake. The replacement screen they put on my phone was terrible - the display was all messed up and the touch screen didn't work properly. The owner didn't seem to care at all and just blamed me for the issues. Overall, the service was awful and the owner's attitude was unprofessional. I left feeling frustrated and ripped off. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They clearly don't know what they're doing and their customer service is seriously lacking. Stay away from this place.

Needed a new screen for a 9th gen iPad, not cracked or smashed so it needed investigating too. They found the home button was breaking so they replaced that for free and the price for fixing the screen was 2/3 the next cheapest quote. All turned around in under 48 hours. Perfect service
