*** Sorry this review is a bit late John *** Had a major issue with my galaxy S10+ a few weeks back. Damaged the screen and only pin lock active so couldn't unlock it. Tried for weeks to sort it myself with no luck at all.... Then came John !! My sister recommended him after dealing with him a few times in the past and said he was brilliant, I wasn't disappointed. Rang him to see of there was anything he could to help. After explaining my issue and my distress at the thought of loosing around 15/20 years worth of pics and vids he told me to bring it down for him to take a look at. Initially he offered to replace the screen for practically free if he had a used/second hand one which was a shock as screen's aren't cheap. Unfortunately he didn't have a used screen so it was going to cost a little more. The repair would involve taking my old to bits (all the insides taking out) and putting it back together but in a new shell (front and back). When I asked how much that would cost I was VERY suprised at how much he said, a lot cheaper than I expected. He assured me I wouldn't lose and data and that it would basically be the same phone just a different colour. The phone was ready the next day and true to his word it was definitely my old phone but in a brand new S10+ body. He was going give a glass screen protector but didn't have one to hand. I was a little apprehensive at first but after just 5 minutes speaking with him ot qas obvious he was a genuine guy, he's one of the nicest and honest guys I've met in a long time. He did everything he could to help and went above and beyond for me. Anyone in the Leeds 9 area or anyone willing to travel should definitely give in a call. I thanked my sister after for recommending John's Gadgets and I hope this review gets him some good loyal customers, he deserves it. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY ME.
