I had a wonderful experience at Subway Knaresborough! The restaurant is not only clean and well-maintained, but it also has a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Plus, the fresh ingredients make for delicious sandwiches every time. It’s a perfect spot for a quick bite in a pleasant environment. Keep up the great work!
For anyone looking for a quick and satisfying bite, I highly recommend the Subway in Knaresborough. The service is consistently exceptional—the staff is always friendly, patient, and genuinely interested in making a great sandwich for you. I've been particularly impressed with their care for customers with dietary needs, like those who are gluten intolerant or have celiac disease. They take the time to prepare orders carefully, which is a big relief. The restaurant is always clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to grab a quick lunch or a snack while enjoying the beautiful town of Knaresborough. But I am missing Pepsi
DO NOT order from here. Walk in is not bad at all. But, delivery they always mess up the order and put something in that you didn’t ask for or they miss an item from your order. Last time they put in mayo and it made me throw up, this time they miss out 3 vegan chocolate cookies, and no refund either time… and the owner responds to the comment on the review to pretend that they’re trying to resolve something and then they never actually do anything and just forget about you. (Just like my last review). The salad I had this time was nice, but still not as good as Leeds road subway. Leeds road was closed so that’s why I ordered from here in the first place. Fairly average, don’t get a delivery. Edit: Issue has been resolved - got a refund for the cookies and have been addressed that it won’t happen again. Also have been told that we’ll get our next order for free. Staff are friendly and the errors in the orders were due to new staff just starting and the Just Eat delivery messing up.
Surprisingly cheap compared to York (less than £8 footlong meal), tasted better than usual too, and lovely hard-working staff who deserve the highest respect. Came in at 4pm Thursday 27th for a quick lunch after my flu jab. The owner should be very proud of the team on at that time. They deserve a raise!
The staff (Guneet) has given us the best service as we were confused about the menu but she explained it well and the service speed was amazing as we got the food in 2-3 mins. She gave free gingerbread Christmas special footlong cookie too..definitely going back again.
